Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to the Google OAuth application “Kou’s Workspace” (the “Application”), a personal automation tool operated by Zili KOU for accessing Google Workspace services via the Hermes Agent system.

Acceptance of Terms

By authorizing the Application to access your Google account, you (the “User”) agree to these terms.

License and Use

The Application is provided to the User as a personal automation tool. The User may:

Use the Application to automate Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Contacts operations on their own Google account
Revoke access at any time via Google’s account settings

The User may not:

Use the Application to access Google accounts other than their own without authorization
Use the Application for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Application to any third party
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application

Service Availability

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. The operator makes no guarantees regarding:

Uptime, availability, or reliability of the Application
Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data accessed through the Application
That the Application will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application
Loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill resulting from the use of the Application
Damages caused by unauthorized access to or modification of User data

User Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for:

Maintaining the security of their Google account credentials
Authorizing and revoking the Application’s access as appropriate
Any content created, sent, or modified through the Application
Compliance with Google’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy when using the Application

Third-Party Services

The Application interacts exclusively with Google Workspace APIs. Use of Google services through the Application is subject to:

Termination

The User may terminate this agreement at any time by revoking the Application’s access via Google’s account settings.

The operator may terminate the User’s access to the Application at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
